The purpose of this site to provide a roadmap to anyone who wants to make meaningful improvements to their digital business by improving the customer experience.

  • How this program was developed
  • Who it it for
  • A broad overview of what it contains

Why we made this

There is a boatload of content on the internet. Too much. So why make this? I would categorize most current business content in several buckets.

  • Content which is meant to attract eyeballs, but don't really go deep enough into the subject matter (e.g. listicles or most social media posts)
  • Content which is very specific and deep into one specific topic (e.g. "Serverside Google Tag Manager and BigQuery") but don't really contextualize how this topics fits into a larger program, and how it delivers value.
  • Very expensive courses which provide useful content and are opinionated. e.g. (like Reforge or CXL.) But these are only affordable for folks with well-paying jobs, and employers who have education budgets.

Who this is for

This is for everyone who is interested in making meaningful improvements to a digital business.

Business owners: learn how to develop a conversion rate optimization program, hire a high performance team, and develop a culture which rewards experimentation, collaboration and moving quickly.

Product folks: improve your understanding of analytics, sharpen your ability to find improvements will make a real difference.

UX designers: understand how to design for experiments, how to manage stakeholders, understand more of the business and analytics context so your voice can be more persuasive.
